Please find the form here.
We do not give credit or offer make-up lessons when a student misses a lesson for any reason, including illness or prearranged vacation.
In the event that a teacher misses a lesson, it will either be rescheduled at a time that is mutually convenient for the student and teacher, or we will credit your account.
Please read more about this policy here.
We reserve the right to photograph and video students for training and promotional purposes.
Because we offer Suzuki Teacher Training, it is common to have teachers observe our lessons as part of their course requirements.
We also have an open door policy, allowing local teachers to come observe lessons.
Group classes are an integral part of the Suzuki Method. We do not offer the option to “opt out”, and require all students to attend group classes.
There are no group classes scheduled during the Summer Term.
In order to protect teacher and other students from contagious illnesses, we request that students who have a fever, or who have had a fever within 24 hours, do not attend private lessons or group classes.
The same guidelines are suggested for students with nausea. Teachers reserve the right to not teach lessons for students who are ill, or appear to be suffering symptoms of the flu, colds, etc.
Remote lessons through Zoom are an option for students who need to stay home due to illness.
We admit students of any race, color, national origin, ethnic origin, and religion to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally available to students at the school.
We do not discriminate based on race, color, national origin, ethnic origin, or religion in the administration of our educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship programs, or other school-administered programs.
Failure to comply with this policy will result in immediate and permanent dismissal from the school.
We follow the Seminole County Public Schools calendar, and will close whenever SCPS closes or cancels classes.
Open communication is a necessary part of any educational endeavor. We strongly encourage open communication between the student, parent, and teacher. If conflicts arise during the course of the school year, please inform us immediately.
The development of your child is the essence of our work.
